Camber Self Catering Accommodation

 

BOOKING A PROPERTY, EXTRAS & SECURITY DEPOSITS

 

To proceed with a booking please email us on info@camberbarn.co.uk stating which property and preferred dates.  As you can appreciate we get many enquiries, we cannot guarantee that the property will be available if you email us a week later!  We will send you a booking form, once it is completed and returned with full payment (if stay is within 8 weeks) or a 30% deposit we can confirm the booking by email. 

SECURITY DEPOSITS

 

As we do not take credit card bookings we require a Security Deposit Cheque, post dated to the day of arrival – (please do not include this in your payment online).   The cheques will be returned or destroyed once you have left, should the property not be as you found it or if there were any breakages / damages we will contact you before cashing the cheque.  All Security Cheques should be payable to GEORGINA HOLT:

Security deposit cheques required of £300 for:   THE BARN  &   RYE BAY BEACH HOUSE

EXTRAS

 

PETS:   £15 per week each – Please note that THE BARN is the only property to accept pets.

CHILDREN:  The Barn sleeps SIX persons only – additional children can stay at the owner’s discretion and are charged at £5 per night per child. Bedding and towels are not provided for any extras.
