Behind the dunes, at the end of a private sandy road, is No. 3, one of Camber’s hidden gems. Secluded and quiet are key words for this house – yet in seconds you can find yourself striding the dunes to connect with miles of sandy beach.
Beautifully decorated throughout, with a comfortable, laid-back feel, No. 3 has three large double bedrooms, all with wooden floors and kitted out with premium Egyptian cotton bed linen. Each is furnished with a stylish, uncluttered and eclectic mix of old and new: a dark blue bedroom with a king-sized bed, iron horse’s head and sack curtains; a bright white bedroom with a king-sized bed 
and Swedish designer curtains; a dove grey room with twin beds and a giant 18th century French armoire.
The living room is spacious but extremely cosy, with two oversized sofas, a wood-burning stove, and plenty of entertainment options. The kitchen/dining room is big and very well equipped, with lots of room for your groceries – the owners also allow you to tuck into their well-stocked condiment cupboard. There is one large bathroom with a bath and a shower within the bath, a loo and basin. Outside, there is a sun deck with tables, chairs and two sun loungers as well as a lawned garden, filled with lavender and roses, and a Wendy house. Down the side of the house there is also a well-stocked herb garden.
It is a perfect hideaway – nobody would find you here! Parking is through the gates, although one car can be kept outside the property.Â
