A stylish 1930s coastal weather boarded house which has been given a contemporary makeover.

Sandways is situated on a quiet no through road, yet within a couple minutes you can be walking through the dunes on to the magnificent Camber Sands.

This lovely property is painted white throughout with grey wooden floorboards making the most of the wonderful light. The house backs onto a large west facing lawned garden with views of open fields (with donkeys in) the dunes and Rye golf course beyond. You will often see herons and geese flying over the garden.

The light and spacious living room boasts two leather sofas and a woodburning stove making it a perfect house all year round. The master bedroom has a modern ensuite with a large walk in shower. There are three further bedrooms a king sized, super king or twin and a bunk room with two double bunks (our 3 boys love it; adults can recapture their YHA youth!). All beds are furnished with luxurious duvets and soft cotton bedding.

We have a Games Room with a darts board and pin ball machine – fun for all the family. There is also a large trampoline.

A 20m decked area runs the width of the house offering a perfect way to relax whilst watching the sun setting over the dunes after a hard day at the beach.

All but one of the rooms has French doors leading to the decking bringing the outside in.

The beach is fabulous even in winter.
