New to the market, Sunnyside is a charming 3 bedroom family beach-house nestling behind the dunes of Camber Sands down an unmade sandy lane. Under one minute from Camber’s award-winning beach, at high tide you can hear the sea from the garden.
Sunnyside features a large open plan living room with two sofas, a wood-burning stove and a flat-screen TV with SKY, DVD and video player. A variety of DVD’s and CD’s are provided with the house. The kitchen is off the living room and has double glass doors opening out to a decked area of the garden. It is well equipped for those who love cooking and comes stocked with all the basics (oil, vinegar etc) and a kitchen table seating 4 in comfort or 6 at a squeeze.
Sunnyside has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed (with a body responsive sleep system mattress) and wardrobe. There is a further small double bedroom (large single) looking onto the garden and a kids/single bedroom. All the bedrooms have Egyptian cotton sheets, duvets and feather pillows. There is a well-appointed wet room with large walk-in power shower (no bath), plentiful fluffy white towels and Luxury products.
Sunnyside has gas central heating to supplement the wood burning stove. Logs are provided.
Outside there is a large and very private garden, featuring a decked area with outdoor BBQ, dining table and chairs for ten along with a south-facing sun deck with loungers and a lawn ideal for children. To the front there is parking for up to three cars. There is direct access to the dunes from the end of the lane.
Unfortunately allergies prevent pets at Sunnyside.
