The rate includes rental, heating, electricity, use of bed linen and towels (not beach towels.

Bank holidays have a minimum of four night stays. * price upon application if there is availability at short notice. Discounts are available for late bookings subject to availability.

The Barn and The Drift sleep SIX persons only – with prior arrangement additional children can stay at the owner's discretion. Bedding and towels are not provided for any extras.

Please note that we cannot guarantee dates until we have received the booking form and deposit. Provisional enquiries are not a firm booking.

COST OF EXTRAS

PETS:
£15 per week each

CHILDREN:
If six persons are already staying any additional children are charged at £4 per night each. Bedding is not supplied.
